We are one of the progressive Urban Co-op Bank in Pimpri - Chinchwad area in Pune Dist. Maharashtra State. We are one of the ISO 9001:2000 certified few banks in the country. Our ISO Certification is by NQAQSR, International Accreditation forum. More precisely we are among Tire II Non scheduled co-op bank as per grouping by RBI, central bank of the country. Since inception we have maintained �A� audit class & �Grade I� since RBI introduced the gradation system for co-op banks in the country. DSUB is incorporated as a co-op bank under MCS Act 1960, & commence banking business as a RBl License holder bank since 21.11.1998 at Kasarwadi, Pune 411 034. We have opened our 4th branch at Vishrantwadi, Pune, from 30th Oct 2010.Though our area of operation is Pune Dist at present with small net work of four branches we are enriched with strong customer base of around 45000 satisfied customers. We have maintained moderate dividend pay out of 12 % to our stake holders.

We are basically engaged in retail banking; Apart from regular retail banking we are providing other PARA banking services to our customers viz, Franking services, Acceptance of PAN CARD applications as a agent of UTI Technologies. We are one of the registered distributors of Mutual Fund Products for UTI & SBI. We offer all the technological progressive services to our customers like ABB, SMS banking, personalized Cheque books, in addition to all traditional banking services like safe deposit lockers etc. We are technologically ready to implement E- Stamping, E-Payments etc. We are working in totally computerized environment with decentralized CBS.

We are among the first few banks to implement shared ATM network of more than 84,964 ATMs across the country in the NPCI as a sub member of SVC Bank. At present we are ready to launch ATM channel and banks website/URL www.sambhajibank.com. Recently we have completed renovation of banks head office at new Sangavi Pune, and our new conference Room �SABHAGRUH � will be inaugurated .
